However, Johnathan no longer needed legal assistance after resolving the issue with the other party outside of court. He contacted the AniWave 72 hours before the consultation to cancel the appointment. Since he canceled within the allowable time frame, Johnathan was eligible for a full refund, which was processed within 7 business days.
Sarah Thompson engaged the AniWave to draft a legal document for a business agreement. After receiving the first draft, Sarah terminated the business deal and no longer needed the document. She contacted the AniWave to cancel the document preparation service. Since the first draft had already been delivered, Sarah was entitled to a partial refund for the unused service portion.
